01 · Problem
Required wording had to be delivered correctly every time.
Agents needed a reliable way to use approved disclosures during calls without interrupting the conversation or depending on memory. Privacy and control over the process were important from the start.

A simple control panel for a difficult call moment.
We created a desktop application that lets the agent select and play the correct disclosure while continuing the live conversation. The approved text and a local record remain available for verification.

03 · Delivery
Built around the existing call environment.
The solution was adapted to the client's computers and calling workflow, with clear controls and deployment guidance. Complex audio handling remains behind the interface instead of becoming the agent's responsibility.

A repeatable process for a compliance-sensitive task.
The delivered application turns an awkward manual step into a controlled workflow that is easier for agents to follow and easier for the business to standardize.
